TALE 50

She was a beautiful lady, someone who would be labeled as fertile in every aspects of life...
A sensible but sensitive woman who loved to emote in creative field...
Dabbling in varied mediums of expression she was starting to find her ground as an artist...
She too was well settled with a family, though marriage was a mere norm of life for her free spirited attitude....
She never went across the social limits, never had any extra marital affairs but she always kept secretly loving different men in different stages of her breakthrough as an intellectually evolved being...
There was a lot of stirring going on from within in all those years of family life...
Even through her honeymoon period, time of domestic routine, pregnancy, stint as a new Mom and now as a young mother of a growing kid, she felt the need of being in love with a different man at every stage
She took care to never let any man know that she loved him...
She called it love because it was equally deep and intense with every new individual that she got emotionally attracted too...
She fantasised herself with those men and derived ultimate inspiration to create...
Sometimes it would be dance, at times it would be music, colors paints and canvas took over at some hours while pen n paper ruled all seasons of her heart filled bloom or unloved emptiness...
Her highs and lows were kept extremely private but were experienced by public through her art...
People hated to love her and loved to hate her...
She was someone, that no-one could un-notice
Love hate attention ignorance nothing mattered to her as far as she kept experiencing love through her world of dreams and illusions...
She kept feeling strongly for that one hero of hers at that particular time when there were 10 other men craving her attention and company.
Her husband a normal man kept beating around the bush when it came to understanding the kind of intricacies of her artistic graph that showed...
Unable to fathom he kept his stance neutral but curious...
He knew she was a rare make and was happy to have her in spite of not understanding her ever...
He also knew that she was grateful that he let her be and that worked wonders for her to blossom...
She came across a new man in her life...
He was a doctor
Very brilliant in his diagnosis and a perfect combination of intelligence and intellect he always received ample attention from opposite sex...
Humongously successful, extremely popular and absolutely happily married with kids....
What was special about him was his sense of understanding of how things worked beyond human senses...
He was a spiritually aware human
He always knew that we aren't spiritual humans but we are infact spirits having human experience...
He had an innate ability to sense how energy worked and was vibrationally sensitive...
She went to him on recommendation of a friend...
It was a small health issue...
Visits for a minor treatment for general wellbeing started...
This time however she felt something so strong about this doc that no matter how much she tried, she couldn't get out enough in any medium of her expression
She was baffled with confusion
This was new, this was deeply moving and excruciatingly disturbing...
To the extent of not letting it be secretive like she always did...
She confessed that she had fallen in love to her husband
Fearless that she was she also went and conveyed about her feelings with the doctor...
Her husband knew her but the doctor didn't
To her utter surprise, sheer joy the doctor though trained to treat and not get involved responded with extreme compassion...
He went to her husband and told him that however difficult it would seem, he had felt extremely attracted to her in her first visit itself.
He had thought about her ever since and couldn't get her out of his mind...
The doctor confessed this to his family...
Now two traditional family set-ups were churned shaken and stirred...
For the first time ever, everything was in the open...
Her husband, his wife, their kids: everyone was at stake...
Plus the society...
Here, the spouses knew their counterparts so well and loved them way beyond the borders of bonding that they agreed to this union...
The doctor and the artist as unrealistic as it would sound became an accepted part of each others lives by their individual core family units...
There would never be a third family, well; maybe...
But there surely was a nearly divine melding...
They stopped dwelling in the past... They no more stagnated with anything bitter or traumatic in life...
They began their journey towards connecting with their higher selves...
They moved quickly through karma and took unsolvable problems as learning lessons to get on...
They knew that all was well and was planned for their ultimate wellbeing...
They never wanted to struggle with destiny as it took shape...
Unnecessary drama around things that seemed to bother was kept away...
They never wanted to create any comfort zone of pity around people with them...
They loved all and they loved each other more than anything...
A unison based on nothing but love.
Still shaken with the unusual but stirred with love all of them are trying to fit in and find happiness...
He and she bask in pure glory of oneness...
Realising the grand angelic entities they were rather than the personalities with numerous shortcomings...
Realisation of self worth and celebration of life and everything that comes with it was their mantra...
Finally art spirituality science amalgamated in one universal truth LOVE...
Like them life continues for all of us!

TALE 49 - Her High'ness

Based in the era of early 80's
She was a daughter of a well settled household with an accountant dad and an articulate disciplined homemaker mom.
She had a sister who was below average in understanding and poor in studies...
The mom was overtly protective about her weak younger kid
The dad was overtly ambitious for his smart elder kid
This lead to a difference in the way these girls were raised...
At one point she felt the pressure to perform and sometimes out perform her smooth moving progress trail academically and otherwise
At the same time she craved for the unconditional love and attention that her younger sister received inspite of not doing well in anything what so ever...
Bright in studies and smart in extracurriculars she excelled in the achievement graph of her era...
When she joined college... She had tons of options to choose from when it came to selecting her beau...
She fell for a guy in her own building...
He stayed on the same wing right across her balcony...
He was one of the many siblings that were raised in a household with conventional thinking and traditional set up...
He had to take up a job early in life to support his family and he did so sincerely...
Since he came across financial independence early in life, he took up some vices of smoking and below average company...
Labour class friends and people very elder in age to him were his comrades...
Chewing tobacco, playing cards, smoking and watching action films filled his otherwise mundane life of night college and day shifts with excitement...
She used to come to his house for watching the new craze Doordarshan.
They were an item before they could know it...
Yes it was youth... It was blood surge... It was all emotions and love dope...
They dated...
She got selected for an airline as cabin crew...
Her dad was elated...
It was obvious she'd take it up with no second thoughts...
But her love said, "I don't want my future wife to be a well paid waitress. You'd rather sit at home and raise kids rather than serve people in the air."
She rejected the job offer.
She completed her graduation in psychology and joined government service.
He kept working...
They told about their involvement at their houses.
Her family opposed, they thought she deserved better...
His family had no choice, but they knew the way she was raised so hence had their concerns...
The love birds stuck to their commitment got married
Rented a house and started their life...
Second month into marriage she realised that she is pregnant and his company had shut down...
This lead to stressful months of her job while carrying their child and his stay at home status...
He would be outraged with his ego being hurt as he fed on his wife's salary...
He was upset when a baby girl was born thanks to his conventional upbringing...
They decided to let her parents raise their daughter in the interest of what was best for the little one...
They continued their marriage filled with moments of letting down and emotional challenges...
He had anger management issues and major inferiority complex
He never ever was motivated to do better in career or take higher challenges in his future jobs...
She on the other hand unfortunately was in a time where marriages were meant to be for life and even if they weren't working on, they needed to be pulled on...
Unhappy marriages which stayed intact were also labelled successful then...
Today as he retires and she still has some more years into her government service they continue being husband and wife...
Out of habit out of being comfortable of the known devil that is....
She just has one thing to thank for...
Her parents who raised her daughter into a fabulously independent young woman.
She did get one gift to look upto from this life...
Her free spirited offspring...
Now she is Happy smile emoticon

TALE 48 - Paradigm

She said," Laws of fidelity and loyalism are made by humans to form a fairly manageable social arrangement.
Marriage was a norm made by humans.
We by far scientifically are Homosapiens (Man who knows). Meant to be polygamous...

No one gets the point here...
If being with more than one person gives joy, one should do it...
As far as one is not intentionally hurting or harming anyone all is fair...
My views come forth as overtly progressive or ambiguous.
We are bound to keep falling in love all our lives...
Well, at least till our hormones soar...
Its okay feel attracted and give in and make out with a potentially compatible partner while still being in a steady relationship...
Note that I will never call it a committed relation...
If something like that happens it is perfectly normal.
That will keep the marriage/fling/affair/relationship going...
They are very different things.
You don't find all ur needs fulfilled in one human.
Not that there is no other option than sleeping around n having affairs...
But having an affair is a very valid option.
Have an affair n have it gracefully love every bit of it without guilt and still enjoy in marital bliss.
That is the crux of non duality...
It doesn't mean that I will keep looking outward for company even when I have a harmonious relation. Because harmony and happiness are relative and can be illusive...
If you can deal with this kind of evolution you can sure very well stay with me.
I really like you... And I m happy that you proposed.
I would love to have a relationship with you provided u accept me without any judgement.
And I also want to tell you for a fact that I feel love doesn't last forever...
Its just that we get habituated to each other and like the comfort zone"
She smiled as she saw him walk away in disbelief...

TALE 47 - Soliloquy of destiny's child...

He was an orphan
His uncle n aunt raised him as their own
He had to take up a job early
He worked while he studied in college
Theatre was his pulse
He thrived on the high that live performances rendered...
At the same time personally he craved to have a home he could call his own
He got into the field with tremors of unsureness
Balancing education passion and profession was a task for him at such a young age...
He strongly felt the need of finding that special someone to be with him in this journey...
He thought that such company would make life easy and seeking the balance worthwhile...
He first fell for a girl who was a part of his theatre group...
She d spent time with him, support him all way...built confidence in him wherever he came across any lacking...
With her encouragement he dared to direct, act, write, express, form a group and win....
Victory gave him wings of confidence to firmly stand up in the creative field...
They were in a phase of seeking and bonding...
They loved being with each other...
He got serious in love
For her , he was special and there couldn't be more to it...
She changed college...
They lost touch...
He kept having a soft corner for her...
He then met another girl in a theatre group outside college...
She had set up a production house...
She was an independent dashing girl with guts to put in everything for her dreams...
She invested time efforts and money into creative pursuits and made him the captain of the ship...
He was to direct the play and she showed faith in him....
They shared a lot in the journey as creative individuals...
The play ran well...
Won many accolades n gave him a name...
He thought, now this girl would be perfect to be his life partner...
She could understand the graph of an artist...
He again got serious...
But she fell in for a much young new bee
Why one falls for another is a puzzle that he could never fathom...
He then got a chance to direct a production of another prestigious college where he fell in for his lead actress...
She oblivious of his interest never came close to any sharing with or caring for him...
That play was turned onto a commercial play which established him as a successful director...
In the mean while he fell for his cousin sister and this time she fell for him as well...
They shared it with their family...
They opposed and hence she backed out...
Alone again he engrossed himself in his next theatrical presentation which acquired a lot of critical acclaim....
In the mean while he finally fell for a girl who agreed to marry him...
They lived happily for some years till she encouraged him to keep seeking fulfillment in creative pursuits...
Suddenly things changed...
His late night rehearsals weekend shows, production house meets, reading sessions, writing assignments, started bothering his wife...
She was a non artist but had fallen for him because he was an artist...
What once was a highpoint in their relation suddenly became a point of conflict...
With no real hobbies she had no point where she could feel complete just by herself...
She depended on him for her happiness...
He had his art to keep him happy...
Yet he felt a need to have her as a partner because he valued home...
She left him to return to her parents...
Married yet alone he tried everything he could to bring her back...
He finally shifted to her maternal home for giving it another chance...
His need for assurance and security of having a family came from a deep rooted loss of parents very early in life...
His need for grounding... Coming back to a warm home made him compromise on his independence and shed his ego to come live with her... If that made her happy...
Just that he could never change the nature of his art...
It did require long hours of practice...
It wasn't a 9 to 5 job for sure but that was his pulse....
She wasn't too pleased with it but she was happy to be living with her parents and husband...
This is an ongoing tale... a win win situation for her...
He wants to start a family...
She will only have a child when she is fulfilled in marriage...
That at the moment seems to be a distant dream...
She craves attention
He craves peace...
Both live together
Both are unhappy in some way...
After 5 love stories, he still lives under a constant fear for being judged and stopped for doing what he genuinely loves...
He has now turned to spirituality to find answers to the complexities...
She constantly keeps searching for happiness outside her...
Sometimes this CLOSE TO NOTHING SIZED ISSUE leads to unhappiness...
Nitty grittiness of urban relationships...

TALE 46 - Presenting - Bumpy road, Long ride sponsored by Karma

He was a self taught musician
Played his music straight from core
He loved having a great time with friends
Happiness was his flavor
Automobiles were his profession and expertise
He loved speed and he played it rough while on wheels
Well he got paid and paid well for what he did
Test drives, off road tracks, dirt, dust, gravel-grime, mud n muck were a part of his fun on d run
He cooked with love and fed people with all his heart
He had a flair for spotting precious things and was fond of collecting them
He was almost what they call A king of good times...
He loved adventure and got very emotional when it came to his affection for canines and people who were less fortunate than him...
He appeared to be complex but was really a simple being...
He kept engrossed in this world...
Not because destiny had written marital separation on his cards
Not because he was taken away from his kids
Not because he was asked to stop playing music
Not because he was labelled a spendthrift
Not because his friends were stamped as losers
Not because his parents went against him
Not because his siblings stopped talking to him
Not because he did want a home...
Not because he longed for a full house with wife kids parents friends dogs music and love...
Because...
He understood why life is sometimes unfair to good people...
Because...
He believed in laws of Karma...
And because he so knew...
That in this lifetime or next or maybe some few lifetimes away...
This too shall pass.
He wanted to have his lesson learnt...

TALE 45 - Yin Yang

He was labelled as an outcast.
She was tagged as a misfit.
They came across each other one day...
His energy spoke to hers even before he uttered his first word...
Her vibration was her introduction...
There was synchronization, understanding and deep sense of belonging...
It was much more than love...
This bond was destined to be revealed...
Destiny played its role and revelation was about to unfold...
There was a yearning for togetherness... Besottment...
They were completely involved and attentive to what they said and shared...
Awareness to reality wasn't a task for them...
They knew they met for a reason...
They found peace with each other...
Their hearts settled...
It wasn't only physical yet it wasn't just limited to platonic
They knew they couldn't mould each other in relationship nomenclature of the earth plane
Just the fact that two souls recognise a connection so strong while experiencing life in physical bodies was soothing for them
Hence they started their quest...
Of finding a purpose to this avowal
They found out that their thoughts were in line...
They never needed to communicate with words...
They knew what came in each others mind even before it actually occurred...
They couldn't meet or see each other physically due to the social set up of families n norms of pseudo conditioned lines of society...
But they always met... They knew that their astral bodies could travel through space and time to meet anytime they wanted...
They could never attempt an out of body projection otherwise except for each other.
The questions as to why and how they were special started occurring...
It was when in deep meditation one day when they came across an enlightened entity on d astral plane which revealed that it was in their blue print that a soul had written to be wanting to experience two lives at once and experience a split in form n being...
To experience a sense of incompleteness within and yet experience wholeness through its journey.
So that soul had split into two energy parts to experience life on physical plane...
They were filled with awe and profound mirth n gratitude towards divinity...
They had to live this life experiencing the incomplete while seeing their complete in each other...
Experiences and lessons make tales...most of the times!

TALE 44 - Humanoid

He was a gadget freak
A gizmo maniac...
Someone who thrived on virtual existence
He d slog off at office for longest hours (read more than 14 hours)
And then come home to be in the company of his i phone i pad television and laptop
He d keep himself busy in watching game of thrones
There would be nights when he would watch sports till dawn
There were weekends wherein he would watch news all day
He d get a high with online shopping and mega sales on popular sites
He d meet and talk to people on face time and would be happy to have conference calls with his folks
He had zero physical activity and close to minimum rest time
He would eat at midnight and starve himself in office unless and until it was just inevitable to have food...
His aim was to become top notch in his field and go settle abroad...
He never ever prioritised
And he thought thay he rarely took stress
He had bare minimum emotional needs...
Fortunately he had a family...
And unfortunately both his wife and kid loved living!

TALE 43 - Child tutor...

He, a very cheerful child of tender age 4
He asked questions, many questions...
Once he asked his mom about death...
Do we all die?
Yes my dear we all do...
O mommy I don't want to...
There is still a lot of time my baby...
When will you die mom?
I don't know baby...maybe when I become really old...
Why do we become old mommy?
Because that's how nature works honey, one is born one grows up becomes old and dies...
Isn't that sad mommy? Why are we born then if we all have to die???
Pondering over thoughts of whether to explain the concept of rebirth at this age the mother says... Come here...
She explains to him about the seed germination he learnt from school... How a seed holds the capacity to produce a tree which bears fruit which contain seeds which when come in contact with the soil regenerate offsprings...
So even after the parent tree dies, life cycle continues....
So I am a seed mommy? Or am I a tree???
Mom smiles... Omg... There ought to be some way to do it well...
Mommy, grandpa will die any time now, is it? He asks with shocked disbelief...
Ahh.... He ll live till he is strong...
If he gets ill or falls sick he, his body might not be able to recover and he just might... Well, one day for sure!!!
Tears in his little eyes he hugs her.
Oh mommy... All of you will go one day and I will be alone...
Thinking over introducing him to the concept of - his family his kids she contemplates...
This would lead to more questions...
She says... Why are you worrying about tomorrow baby? Today you have all of us...
So we might as well have fun till we are there for you...
We ll see what is to be done when time comes...
Let's not waste our today...worrying about tomorrow darling...
Come let me give you a squish...
She hugged him tight making notes for herself...
About her concepts ideas of time and people around her...
She says... High time... I need to start living and loving more everyday...
She decides to raise him on the basis of love and now, not fear...
It becomes her responsibility then to practice what she preached...
A child gives birth to a mother
How true!!!

TALE 42 - Anti-heroic settlement

It was him...she said blushing
Narrating their first secret trip with him to her bestest friend
It was beautiful and special too....
He wasn't gentle and I really liked it that way...
I have always visualised my man to be an Alpha male
Dominating she described him to her
And his rowdyness has a sense of belonging
He clearly proclaimed that I am his and I should stop thinking about anything and anyone except him...
Oh...this is so romantic! just out of a novel...
Her friend was happy for her...
She just hoped that their happiness would last...
He was a college dropout who hung outside the gate smoking his time off and roaring away on bullet bikes
She was in junior college good at studies and a very pretty looking teen who had fallen head over heels with him...
His machoism his dusky complexion his unkept hair his overgrown stubble his breath fragrant of smoke n mint his jacket and gloves his not givin a damn attitude and his slang made her fall for him...
She would go on and on about all that he was and never cared for anything that he was not...
And he made sure that she was his queen pampering her silly as well as showering her with obsessive possessiveness
She went ga ga over just the fact that she had found her love...
He took her off to places near and far...friend's empty houses, theaters, resorts, long drives to deserted places, near the sea shore, building terraces...
There wasn't one place that they had't been to
It was his umpteenth affair, for her it was her first ever...
Her parents found out... She confessed...
They confronted him...
He said, she came to me on her own...
She wanted to go all the way...
And I love her more than anything else in this world...
Ask her...
To which she replied affirmatively...
Where does this go from here then?
Are you going to marry her?, they asked...
He smiled, looked at her and said, we'll wait till you turn 18 and then I'll marry you
She was overjoyed by his response
The affair continued under the watchful eye of her parents
She did turn 18, she did realize his neck choking possessiveness
She also understood that he might not be a great person to marry
He might not have a bright future...
And so....
They married...
He joined his father's shop and she continued her studies aspiring to be his educated housewife
There was love.
First for her and final for him...

TALE 41 Loving artist and artist's love

She was a danseuse
Young graceful and talented performer who knew her art to the core
She was driven by a deep desire to be known for her dance
All she needed was to work with the right people
He was a post adolescent percussionist
Son of a famous rhythm master
He had it in his blood and he carried the legacy well
They incidentally saw each other perform at a concert
Having seen each other after years they were amazed at what time had done to their art.
Both wished to collaborate and perform together
They knew it would be a killer combination
They also knew that it was so meant to be
They got together and started practicing
They got along like a house on fire
Hours of rehearsals creating new permutations n combinations resulting in pieces of sheer brilliance followed
She felt confident with him
He got attracted and attached
She sensed it but gave it a blind eye considering it as just a phase
She could have used this as a trigger, to get better n best out of the situation
But she chose not to...
She absolutely trusted the art and their hardwork
The chemistry showed onstage
They rose to fame, won many awards, accolades and felicitations followed...
They travelled places professionally and literally.
This was by far one of the best times of their life
Art gave them more than what they gave to the art
Their compositions seemed like some work of divinity...
They always knew that art always shines brighter than the artist
That was the crux of their success.
Crazy fan following, rumors of them having an affair all followed...
Nothing mattered to her than her dance
Nothing mattered to him more than her
Now they both knew what it was...
They were inseparable as artists...
In their world tour he asked her
"You know what I feel for you. What is it that is keeping you away?"
She said, " Dear the fact is that you are in love with me and I am in love with your rhythm."
"But I m nothing without rhythm... And you are your dance", he tried to explain...
"No" , she said..... "There is a difference."
"All I wish for is being with you completely, I am in sync with you in stage and our vibes are great off it. I wish to experience completeness with you physically as well... Even if it was only once... I can't lie to you about my feelings."
"Okay", she said. "I feel what we share on stage is far more precious than what we can share physically. You have given me so much as an artist and accompanist...
How can I deny you your wish."
And she melded with him that noon...
The shows that followed were out of this world.
He kept playing for her she kept dancing for HER art she kept giving him what he wanted because she loved his art way more than he loved her...
It was a precious give and take of energies of two creative souls
It was their life...
Who are we to judge?
For them it worked perfectly...
For them it was beautiful...
No trophy could ever match what they already had...

TALE 40 - Nadia

Her best friend was a Hindu boy
They had amazing chemistry
Her boy friend was a Muslim like her

She was clear she'd only marry a man from within her own religion

She got engaged to her boyfriend
And married soon after....
Realised that the relationship showed lacking,

she missed her best friend's company...

Her marriage was on rocks.....
Husband flew to UK for work; not taking her with him...
She was now a married single...
Her best friend had always liked her
She very well knew about this
And so he proposed
She put up a condition...
Convert for me and I'll marry you
To which he said yes...
He liked her too much for not saying yes to a thing undoable...
Promising her a conversion, he flew to the U.S. for a project!
She divorced her husband and waited for her best friend for a fairytale marriage...
He couldn't get himself to give up his religion for love...
She couldn't take back her condition of conversion for marriage...
It was again a misfit...
She wanted to settled down and start a family...
Years passed...
She had let go of her husband and lost her best friend
Three people messed up with their lives...
Who's fault was it?
She? Husband? Best friend? Religion? Society? Conditioning?
She finally found a match in an arranged set up...
She will now get married this October...
Was this all arranged for???
Isn't it sometimes really weird for no reason?
Let's hope all of them somehow finally find happiness...
We like it complicated...
Simple is not our cup of tea...
