lunch........

sorry for a morning walk post at 11.10 a.m. but i type on ma laptop thruout da day and post it when-ever i get the time.... so u might end up reading a breakfast blog at 10 in da night coz i ve posted it at dat time......nevhaaaa mhiiind......

so now the question for lunch has been solved with what i call as the modified home-sub. surprised??? dont be!!!!!!! coz i take a salad mixing bowl and toss on anything healthy dat catches my fancy...........from regular salad veggies....to red cherry tomatoes to olives to jalapenoes to peppers to corn, babycorn, spring onions, paneer, sundried tomatoes, goat cheese, raisins, walnuts, apples, pomogranets, fruits....and dress it up with orange juice, olive oil, or low cal fat free cheese spread or low cal mayo or sweet lemons or vinegar or some dash of yogurt...etc etc..dishing out excellent salads for lunch adding garden fresh herbs like mint , lemon grass , paparika for the sizzle etc etc etc....

to make a salad is like creating a work of art....u cud get infinitely innovative with the permu-combos and create ur custom made masterpiece every time........... doesnt dat sound great??? gives me creative satisfaction and a tingle on ma taste buds too!!!! phew....... i might make it sound like a lot when actually its not. but then when i take d credit, i take it ROYALLLLLY!!!
