step uno...towards------- purity :hehe

ahh.......... the first day arrives and the anxiety gets through me.... i am wide awake at 3.30 a.m. yeah u hear me right at dat hour, toooooo excited to glow and sizzle (???) hehe!!! and try calming myself down dat all wud b well untill i feel all acidic down in ma tummy..... what to have??? at dat hour??? a usual praj wud head to a 2 minute maggie with processed ketchup (mm yummy at midnights) BHHUUUT NHOOOO.......... i cannot cheat on d first day itself , so i got thru with an idea of making a healthy snak for myself.... i had some AMUL'S PROBIOTIC YOGURT at hand an a fridge full of veggies and herbs.... so........

carrots

tomatoes

cucumbers

french beans

bell peppers (red yellow et green)

low fat cottage cheese

zucchini

cabbage

raddish

beetroot

all of the above cut in finger style slim rectangular pieces. (after thoroughly washing and peeling them...does not apply for cottage cheese.....hehe)

then, i fine-chopped some onions n crushed a garlic added some rock salt (yeah a healthy option) spiked it up with a dash of lime some chopped green chilles n pretty leaves of corriander........some 'sugga fo taste' and loads of yogurt. i whipped the mixture up with a hand spoon and whoaaalaaaa..ur finger licking dip is ready. i tasted it..it was yum!!! i added some oregano n rosemary (dried herbs).... and ma healthy dip was ready.....

i dipped the diced veggies in da yogurt dip......and my tummy rejoiced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehe........... dat was the yummiest any health food can get. trust me....i was full and satiated after this expriment and decided dat this would be my staple breakfast every morning(if not this early...duh....)

the variations would be in the dips........ green dip, yellow dip, purple dip, salsa dip...etc etc....the rule is.....keeping it healthy.... more on the dips as thye days pass.......i am off to my morning walk............
