inspite of hiring some professional help a recent community show miserably failed to make a mark in performance as well as management. most of the items exhibited a total lack of creativity and confidence. the performances had neither energy nor enthusiasm. some of the performers performed as if they were doing a meherebani on the audience. inspite of a neat choreographed songs the performers cheated on the steps and simplifies them to the extent of kidoforms. the lavani was bearable but the dancers were unusually heavy and stiff as well as non agile in forms. the medley was a relief but lacked power and expression. the fusion was indeed a confusion. the plays were a soul sore (eye sore+ear sore +mind sore) ,the skits were ridiculous and the fashion show was excrutiatingly ineffective. hated the duet...an adult song performed by innocent kids was pathetic. a kid group dance was ok. a letter reading set up was painfully boring and equally horrendous was the debate.

ahh....so much so for a community show....well it was ticketted. i hope they dont dare to show it again ....anywhere....ever...........
