chana chor garrrrraaaammm.....


I woke up with a growling empty stomach totttttaly rumbling and tumbling with hunger...In desparation i opened the kitchen shelves to get ma hands on the first eatable i see. Luckily i found some thing extremely yummy and equally healthy!!! guess what? a packet of roasted puffed and beaten gram....called "chana chor garrrrram" in our desi style!!! My tastebuds started directing my mind into making a tasty and healthy breakfast snack that wud b ready in a jiffy.... the plan chana pufflets removed from the packet look somewhat like the picture above, but once i put in some creativity to those, they were.....mmmmm awesome!!! I finely chopped some onions n some nice red succulent tomatoes..... cut some fresh green coriander....mixed in these to the chana squeezing up a fresh lime over it and yes a pinch of red chilly powder n paprika..... a bit of chat masala. (dont add salt as the chana is salty and so is the chat masala) dropped in some roasted peanuts and there it was..... my early morning chatpata breakfast full of proteins and just the right amount of veggies n vitamin C....a quick snack to b vanished into ur tummy for those hunger pangs.....

AINT I A GENIUS!!!!
