finally a round abt. view...

yessss........i finally had homemade round rotis made by myself. after struggling endlessly for days together on the tava and the rolling pin....and the dough and the shape , size and thickness....and the colur and the consistency...........i finally got myself a roti maker from jaipan and trust me, it works for me............haaaaaaaaaaaa, such a relief from the turmoil of black rotis or half baked ones or the square ones or the torn ones that i usually made. this one effortlessly squeezes the dough ball into a round shape and also bakes it puuuuuuurfectly. ahhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....plus its very low on maintainance and requires a just a wipe with a dry cloth. sooooooo very kool. the rotis , though of not mom's quality are highly edible and taste great. technology has trillions of upkaar on us in many ways.......... no wonder if we get money makers some day.... life will b easy!!! hahaha...... i can write this blog only because of my tummy full with soft phulkaas from this jaipan machine. thanks to the inventors!!!!
