weekend was FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rolled up our sleeves for d looooongest drive of ma life...... to a wonderful food joint. headed straight to their kitchen wherein u can actually have a look at ur crepe being prepared....n add ur own toppings too!!!(for the first timers, its the french version of our south indian dosa maharashtrian ghavan or the humble marathi dhirda with crispiness added to it n some amazing fillings.....i guess u can make this at home too!!!)

some lovely french crepes for breakfast.... i felt as though i was in paris!!! the first one was crisp brownish.....with a filling of jalapenoes , tri-coloured pepers, corn, a hint of garlic, pepper paprika with cheese (i wish there were some onions in it though) but u r allowed only 3 stuffings along with 3 spices n a sauce. thank god i did not opt for the pizza style sauce since it looked right away outrageous!!! but this crepe was yuuuummmm..... totally crisp. though a hint of sweetness in the crepe batter made m e bother but that was fine as long as ma stomach was getting fueled.....

i topped it up with a swwet dessert style crepe with a fruit stuffing.... i opted with bananas, chikkoos and apples with chocolate n cream sauce.... my friend choose to have stawberries, plum, peach along with caramel n honey drizzle.... warm n sweet.......hmmmmmmmmmm these ones just melt away in your mouth!!!!! to top it all up, we had some amazing hot chocolate as a beverage!!!!! what more could we ask for at a saturday breakfast!!!!!
