bbq DREAMS...

it was a puuuuurfect weather yesterday for some lazy bbq dinner with an english touch. so decided on d menu of italian creamed zuppe a delectable soup for the begining, chargrilled jacket potatoes with cheese stuffing along with the herbs in butter drizzle ..... divine!!! some amazing spagetti with arrabiata sauce (mint, basil to add to the flavour)... and of course some lovely warm caremalised crunchies for dessert along with a divine vanilla scoop to go with it... isnt it so close to heaven for our taste buds??? the taste, the aroma of grilled cheese garlic bbq onions n tomatoes... the flavour of all the exotic herbs filled the winter air adding to the mushiness. the scented candles complemented the menu.
wish i had a fireplace and a backyard garden to bq and grill all ma favourites to entertain ma folks. ahh these country dreams. a small home in spain or a farm in scotland... lots of cows , a guarding dog, kitchen garden, homegrown veggies, chimney smoke.... warm fireplace......DREAMS!!!hmmmm..... guess i ve teased ur pallette enough.... off for some coffee!!!
