eating healthy...

yeah yeah........sorry for sounding boring and cliche, but i have turned on to a detox diet. i ve had enough torture done to my bod during months of feasting since diwali, christmas, new year, vacations, makar sankranti...... and d flab shows!!! u no longer fit nicely into ur jeans and that prompts one up to be on a DIET..... HEHEHE i know i know u ppl are already laughing, but believe me, i am serious this time. i have turned into a detox freak. i am living on salads and soups..... how long will this go on???? himanshu is encouraging me enough into this stuff by meekly eating up all dat i stir up uncooked in d kitchen....hahaha poor guy..... so , i ll b givin a poi8nt to point info abt ma detox plan.... ofcourse who doesnt wanna fit into dat little black number???? and ofcourse have glowing skin as a bonus!!!! ofcourse i do......... .
