S for soups, salads, summer and squashes......

with summers soaring as high as 37 0C. my appetite has drastically reduced to nil.... all i crave for is water , juice and soups..... that makes fitness easy in heat months!!!!!!! But ......what i also crave for , is a nice heavy meal during dinner and a rich supper before crashing to bead....thats because evenings are cool and all day starvation makes me feel all empty and light in stomach...thats where the problem starts....well cheers to the cravings...........yesterday i had tea , mushroom soup and carrot juice the whole day and a full home cooked meal by my mum at night....today i m having tea , sweetcorn soup and orange juice thru-out the day.and will b dinning out for supper... so unhealthy the nutritionsist scream..............haha, but if thats keeping the weight off for me!!!bingo....i m a game for the plan.... happy summers!!!!!!!
