snack time................
when one is on a detoxification plan, one feels hungry, frequently. and one craves for sweet food.... solution??? yeah its moi dat will find out---new rec. fruit platter with lip smacking dip.
strawberries + grapes + kiwis + pears + apples ------> into a dip made with banana pulp.
the fruit options are limitless and so are the dip varieties..... tastes heavenly and satisfies dat sweet tooth... i m gonna try chikoo , dark low cal bitter chocolate, coffee n low cal creme dip too!!! how abt a citrusssssssyyyyyyyy drink to go with dat? limes n lemons n oranges squeezed with a mint leaf.... puuuuuuurphect!!!!
